Key Responsibilities
:
Human Resources (HR Operations):
- Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HRMIS data
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, and overtime
- Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures
- Support recruitment activities: scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining trackers
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Office Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations including stationery, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and provide general administrative support
- Coordinate travel arrangements, reimbursements, and employee logistics
- Support planning and execution of company events, meetings, and training sessions
Compliance:
- Maintain statutory registers and documentation in line with labor laws
- Assist in timely submission of statutory filings (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
- Liaise with consultants, auditors, and authorities for compliance matters
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and HR standards
Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, administration, and statutory compliance
- Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and HR regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS and payroll systems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
