Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for various HR tasks including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Expertise in Personnel Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment

  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
