Role & responsibilities

  • Experience in Dealer Business & Process operations
  • Impart training and coaching to dealers for Service Process implementation
  • Implement Express Service / Process Audit at dealerships
  • Liaise with dealer team, Area Managers and HO to implement processes
  • Make MIS reports and presentations to share with Zonal Office and HO
  • Monitoring effect of training intervention on process adherence.
  • Handle select AFS projects as SPOC for field and dealer teams

Essential:

  • Knowledge of workshop service processes and vehicle flow
  • Technical knowledge about workshop tools and equipment
  • Basic functioning of the automobile and repair processes
  • Knowledge of safety norms and precautions
  • Strong communication skills, and desire to drive people to bring change
  • MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Express Service Implementation

  • Service process implementation
  • Workshop management
  • Implementation of vehicle tracking and workshop control mechanisms
  • Implementation of dealer management tools and processes
  • Other service improvement initiatives as per brand requirement

MIS and Reporting

  • Gathering network reports & maintaining
  • Management reporting and management
  • Database management

Travel required upto 15 days a month for initial phase
