**Process Trainer (Sanctions)**

**Exp**:At Least 1-year experience as a Process Trainer in Sanctions

**Loc**:Chennai

**Notice**:Immediate
- Assists in the implementation of the Operations training philosophy/vision.
- Coaches, mentors, and develops staff to achieve training goals.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and floor huddle training sessions to support operations
- Independently manage ongoing training programs; assess and recommend changes to training programs and provide input into development of new training programs
- Schedule training, coordinate resources, and maintain records of training sessions and participants.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness by deploying measurement and feedback tools
- Ability to develop, refine or revise basic instructional materials (PowerPoint presentations, facilitator/user manuals, job aids, assessments)
- Conducts train-the-trainer courses of training material to ensure that all material is understood and delivered in an appropriate manner.
- Participates in content reviews with major stakeholders to ensure accuracy and validity of all training deliverables.
- Provides support for the Learning Management System, including building curriculum, creating learning plans, appending users, proofing content, providing reports on training
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with management to ensure that the training curriculum addresses gaps and needs
- Support the operation's during system and production implementation of new procedures and processes.
- Maintain the training system environment for ongoing training

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
