JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with expertise in performance management,

KPI, and KRA development. The ideal candidate will drive performance improvement and

foster a high- performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management:

Develop and maintain performance management systems.

Design and establish KPIs and KRAs.

Monitor and evaluate employee performance.

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

Address performance gaps with development plans.

2. HR Strategy and Planning:

Collaborate on HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and

retention.

Advise managers on HR matters.

3. Employee Relations:

Address employee queries and resolve conflicts.

Foster a positive workplace culture.

4. Training and Development:

Identify training needs and organize programs.

Conduct training sessions and evaluate effectiveness.

5. HR Administration:

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

Ensure compliance with labor laws.

Maintain employee records.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.


• Minimum of 5 years in HR management with a focus on performance


• management.


• Proven experience with KPIs and KRAs.


• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in HR.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
