You must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience.This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruitment Generalist located in Mumbai. The HR  - Recruitment Generalist will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration. The role requires coordinating with various departments to understand hiring needs, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.Responsibilities will include:Technical Recruitment (65 - 75 percent of your time)Prepare Job Descriptions in coordination with the technical team.Source candidates as per current open positions in the CompanyScreen candidates for the requirements and ensure they meet the requirements as per the job descriptionSchedule technical interviewsEnsure hiring deadlines are metVendor management, ensuring they are actively sourcing for open positionsEnhance technical skills to be effective in sourcing and screening. This will also require understanding of the projects in the Company and the Technical Skills required for the projectsMaintain a database of potential hires to reduce turnaround time required to hire resourcesMaintain a network of sources to ensure quick hiringHR-Operations- Administration (25 - 35 percent of your time)People management and engagementHandle the Onboarding process for new hiresPlan and participate in employee morale and engagement activitiesMaintain up-to-date employee recordsMonthly payroll processingCompliance management and execution as per calendar of activitiesReview and improve HR policiesMaintain the HR, Recruitment, Operations ManualCoordinate and execute administration activitiesExecute and deliver activities as assigned by your managerMaintain templates and streamline all HR-Operations Admin activitiesRequired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR and/or AdministrationRequired Skills:Excellent English, both verbal & written.Proven track record of hiring technical resources for an IT CompanySolid experience in sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, Linked, Indeed, etc)Hand-on experience in Microsoft Word, Excel/ Google Docs, SheetsSkilled in headhunting, networking, and building strong candidate pipelines.Good at managing multiple stakeholders.Experience in HR-Operation-Admin as part of your responsibilitiesWhy should you join Big Rattle?Big Rattle Technologies specializes in AI/ ML Products and Solutions as well as Mobile and Web Application Development.
