Responsibilities

●Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple

channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Social Media etc.).

●Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and online

advertising strategies.

●Handle day-to-day SMM (social media management) across all platforms

including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

●Design, create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each social

media platform.

●Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activity to

improve content strategy.

●Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google

Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics dashboards.

●Create detailed performance reports to track KPIs, ROI, and lead generation

outcomes.

●Plan and execute automated email marketing workflows and lead nurturing

campaigns.

●Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and platform

algorithms.

●Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital campaigns with overall

brand and business objectives.

●Maintain consistent brand messaging across digital platforms and engage

with the online community, respond to queries, and manage brand reputation.

Requirements

●Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

●3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing & SMM (agency or

in-house).

●Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

●Experience with SEO/SEM tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or

SEMrush.

●Strong verbal, written, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

●Knowledge of social media management and email automation tools is a plus.

●Certifications in digital marketing are advantageous.
