Business Development Manager – Salon Division

Profile Summary:
Dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with expertise in the salon and professional beauty industry. Skilled in driving sales growth, expanding salon partnerships, and promoting professional hair color products including tubes and developers. Strong background in building long-term relationships with salon owners, distributors, and stylists while ensuring brand visibility and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new salon accounts, distributors, and professional partners to increase market share for hair color tubes and developers.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through salon visits, product presentations, and partnership development.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with salon owners, stylists, and educators to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Product Promotion: Conduct product demos, trials, and technical sessions to highlight the benefits and performance of professional tubes and developers.
  • Training & Education: Collaborate with technical educators to organize workshops, seminars, and in-salon trainings for stylists.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer needs to provide strategic inputs for product positioning.
  • Business Strategy: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to plan promotions, campaigns, and salon-specific offers.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales data, visit reports, and client feedback for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of the salon industry and professional beauty products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term business partnerships with salons and distributors.
  • Hands-on experience in product promotion and salon activation.
  • Result-oriented with proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of hair color products (tubes & developers) and salon operations.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Graduate
  • 3–6 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in salon or professional beauty products.
  • Proven track record in expanding salon networks and achieving sales growth.
