Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ludhiana. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include market research, developing and implementing business strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet company objectives.

- Business Development and Sales skills
- Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
- Market Research and Analysis skills
- Strategic Planning and Implementation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the building and interiors industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana
