Mission :As a Ecommerce and Marketplace IT Director, come and draw the new IT system with us, to accompany the digital and omnichannel B2B strategy of Orange Business.

Key Accountabilities

As an ecommerce and marketplace Director you will have in charge a portfolio all the showcase websites of Orange Business (Digital Territory) and of all the ecommerce assets for our customers and their users. You will evolve quickly the perimeter integrating new ambitions and features like IAM, Micro-Front-Ends, search engine, marketplace.

Your role is to ensure quality of deliveries and to stick to customer tendencies to catch all the digital value of our dynamic market. The mastering in production and the agile integration of our partners will rely on good relationship with key internal counterparts : System Teams, Newco program, Design Authority, Marketing Digital, Business Lines, GDO and commercial Zones.

You will be assisted by a small team of technical leaders defining the framework and the methods of development to enhance the quality and mastering of deliverables, velocity of the team and users satisfaction. You will also participate to technology with our local System Integration Partner watch with the Design Authority

You will make evolve quickly your organization integrating new talents and taking swiftly in charge the new projects.

Education, Qualifications, and CertificationsTechnical knowledge of digital and omnichannel universes, new technologies linked, and of agile processes for program management and IT development (Scrum, Safe, PMP, …)Knowledge of technologies and solutions for e-commerce and marketplaces sites and experiences
