QualificationsEducation & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably with D2C brands.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, digital marketing, and inventory management.Operational & Analytical Abilities:

Strong organizational skills, ability to analyze sales data, and optimize processes for efficiency.Communication & Growth Mindset:

Excellent communication skills, collaborative, problem-solving, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
