Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder with a strong passion and lifetime commitment for being involved in building the business of ICEBUY.com in the specific business domain of MARKETPLACE & E-COMMERCE at ICE Global ECommerce Technology Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru.
We are exploring the option to select a team of four to five hand picked co-founders having various experience within the business domain of MARKETPLACE and E-COMMERCE sector.
The selected Co-Founder will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the platform, leading the strategic direction, and creating opportunities for sellers and buyers. This role involves building relationships with brands, overseeing sales and marketing efforts, conducting research, and ensuring the platform's success, as well Buliding a community of millions of loyal buyers in top 100 cities of India.

  • Experience in Research and Market Analysis
  • Proven track record in driving business growth and success
  • Knowledge of Marketplace and E-commerce trends and technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
  • A background in Business, Marketing, or related field
The selected candidate must be based in Bangalore
The selected candidate must have very high levels of commitment and passion towards marketplace business model
The selected candidate must be able to join immediately
The selected candidate must have a very high and in-depth understanding in the concept and long term commitments and responsibilities of a co-founder
The selected candidate will be eligible for a ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY to own the 0.5% equity of ICE GLOBAL E-COMMERCE TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD given free of cost as SWEAT EQUITY and in addition the selected co-founder will be eligible to buy 1% equity of ICE GLOBAL E-COMMERCE TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD by way of investment in stages (this will be discussed and finalized with each selected candidate)
The selected candidate will be eligible to get nominal CTC after the company gets its revenues or pre-seed funding, the timeline for this would be between 6 months to 9 months.
The selected candidate will be eligible for company accommodation and various other perks and benefits
The selected candidate will be reporting directly to the Founder of ICE 2.0 and also be reporting directly to the Board Chairman (Founder of ICE 1.0)
The selected candidate will be part of the top most leadership of ICE 2.0 and will also be eligible to be permanent shareholder by owning part shareholding as a part owner of the iconic and unicorn company ICE GLOBAL E-COMMERCE TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD
