The Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Co-Founder with a passion for marketing, particularly in SEO, to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a part of a profitable and fast-growing company. As we prepare to scale our operations and expand our market reach, we need a marketing leader who can take our brand presence to the next level.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for both Lean6Sigmapro.com and Skoolz.in, focusing on driving growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • SEO Expertise: Lead SEO initiatives to ensure top rankings across major search engines, optimizing both on-page and off-page factors. Identify and leverage high-volume keywords to drive organic traffic to our platforms.
  • Content Marketing: Create and oversee content strategies that resonate with our target audiences. For Skoolz.in, craft engaging and kid-friendly content that supports our B2C product lines, ensuring they capture the imagination of parents and children alike.
  • Growth Hacking: Identify and implement growth hacking strategies that will rapidly increase user acquisition and retention for both product lines.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product teams to ensure successful launches of new B2C products under Skoolz.in. Position these products effectively in the market, highlighting their unique value propositions.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Utilize data analytics to track performance, measure ROI, and optimize marketing efforts for continuous improvement.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in marketing, particularly in SEO and digital marketing. Experience with scaling startups or launching new product lines is highly desirable.
