- We are seeking a co-founder with a strong background in marketing to join us in a profit-sharing partnership.
- Your primary responsibility will be to lead the marketing efforts, driving traffic and enhancing our online presence.
- You will partner with our technical founder to guide us in making the website more attractive and user-friendly.

**Your Role and Compensation**:

- While the initial compensation is limited due to server costs, we believe in a fair revenue-sharing model.
- The founder will continue to handle technical aspects, and you will take charge of marketing and strategic growth.
- As the website gains traction (which we anticipate will be soon, given our demanding category), we will share profits based on our agreed terms.

**Key Skills and Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Mastery**:Proven expertise in leveraging various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Develop and implement innovative social media campaigns to connect with our target audience.

**Organic User Traffic Increase**:Demonstrated ability to drive organic user traffic through creative and effective methods.
Implement strategies to optimize search engine rankings and increase organic reach.

**User Base Management**:Experience in managing and nurturing user communities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our user base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

**Overall Traffic Enhancement**:Devise and execute strategies to increase overall website traffic.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

**Traffic Generation Expertise**:In-depth knowledge of traffic generation techniques and tools.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement cutting-edge methods to drive consistent traffic growth.

**Compensation Model**:

- This role is currently unpaid, with mínimal compensation to cover server costs.
- Once the website becomes profitable, revenue sharing will be initiated based on our agreed terms.
