SalesGain360 (SG360) is a business vertical of Bluven Consulting and We2Grow, specializing in driving business growth through digital transformation, IT procurement and services and commercial real estate. It helps organizations adopt advanced technologies like ERP/CRM, AI/ML, and cloud services to stay competitive. SG360 also provides IT procurement support through a vast network of vendor and service partners. In commercial real estate, it assists with buying, selling, project financing, and joint ventures. With a focus on trust and collaboration, SG360 empowers businesses to scale globally and achieve sustainable success.


Role Overview:

We seek a passionate and driven individual to join SG360 as a Co-Founder for Procurement. This role is ideal for someone eager to take on significant responsibility, work in a fast-paced startup environment, and contribute meaningfully to the success of the company. The Co-Founder will be offered equity in the company as compensation over a period of 6 months based on their performance and effort. The equity which is proposed to be offered is 20% (spread over 8 months period)


Key Responsibilities:

As a Co-Founder Procurement, you will have the opportunity to shape your role based on your strengths and interests. Your primary responsibilities will fall into one of the following two areas:


1. Operations Management:

  • Oversee and streamline the daily operations of SG360, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive scalability and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders and prepare plans/ strategies for salesgain360.


2. Business Development:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand SG360’s client base and market presence.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, business development, sales, or a related field.

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous startup experience or familiarity with equity compensation is a plus.
  • A passion for sales, marketing, and helping businesses grow.
