We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and possess an established network of contacts to bring in new business opportunities. You will be responsible for presenting JRD Systems in a compelling manner to potential clients and securing profitable deals that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:


Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries.
  • Leverage your existing network to generate leads and bring in new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.


Client Engagement:

  • Present JRD Systems' capabilities and service offerings in a professional and compelling manner.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.


Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new market opportunities and areas for business expansion.


Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and future growth plans.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong network of contacts in Bangalore or across India.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a simplified manner.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
