- 8+ years of experience in the FMCG Industry having MBA in HR qualificationTo partner with the business leaders to implement human resources strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives with the objective of building a high-performance and vibrant organization culture that can attract, motivate, retain, and develop the right talent, within the overall HR strategy and organizational guidelines.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Devise annual HR strategy, budget, and manpower plans for the commercial business units in alignment with overall HR strategy and the organizational goals and priorities - Partner with commercial business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, compensation strategy, succession planning, and skills assessment and development - Review current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent - Collaborate with the Compensations & Benefits and Performance Management team to provide input in the strategy formulation and oversee implementation of the performance and rewards cycle - Oversee the talent management interventions, including workforce planning, recruitment, capability development, succession planning, etc. and develop initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.- Collaborate with respective COEs (Center of Excellence) leaders, to review interventions around the various aspects of employee lifecycle management and request input for any issue resolution- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to ensure a positive and productive work environment- Manage and mitigate employees' grievances and disputes by ensuring supervisors and leaders are creating an open forum for discussion and resolution of the same - Create the Employer Branding strategy & roadmap, and the Employee Value Proposition that reflects SGG's commitment to being an employer of choice. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., consultants/vendors) for the purpose of implementing and/or maintaining HR services and programs. - Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to track the achievement of plans in alignment with the HR strategy, and recommend improvements - Evaluate options for appropriate employee benefit programs, vendor contracts and finalize appropriate vendor(s) based on value proposition for the organization.
