As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role you will lead the technology function at FlexiLoans, driving innovation, scalability, and excellence across the organization. Sounds like you? What you will work on:

• Lead and mentor engineering teams across multiple functions (backend, frontend).
• Define, communicate, and execute the technology roadmap in alignment with company vision and priorities.
• Drive architectural decisions for scalability, performance, and security of platforms.
• Oversee development of scalable APIs, lending platforms, risk engines, and data-driven decisioning systems.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Build processes for agile product development and continuous improvement.
• Implement robust monitoring, testing, and incident management frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate vision into robust technology solutions.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong experience in fintech, NBFCs, BFSI, or other transaction-heavy digital platforms.
• Deep understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory standards relevant to financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale engineering teams and deliver high-impact technology solutions.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Passion for mentoring engineers and building a high-performance culture.

Qualification and Experience :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering from a reputed institution preferred.
• 8–12 years of overall experience in technology, with at least 3–5 years in leadership roles managing engineering teams.
