Key Responsibilities: 


Brand Management (40%): 

  • Manage and enhance the brand identity for each real estate project, ensuring consistency with overall corporate branding. 
  • Develop and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets. 
  • Collaborate with relevant agencies to create and execute ATL/BTL activations and other marketing materials. 


Strategic Marketing Planning (30%): 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the objectives of each real estate project. 
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive positioning, and adjust strategies accordingly. 


Digital Marketing (10%): 

  • Strategize and oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website development, social media campaigns, and online advertising. 
  • Collaborate with digital agencies to drive lead generation, engagement, and brand visibility. 


Sales Support (5%): 

  • Work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to create marketing materials and tools that support the sales process. 
  • Provide training and guidance on marketing strategies to the sales team. 


Event Management (5%): 

  • Plan and execute events related to real estate developments, such as project launches and community engagement activities. 
  • Evaluate the success of events and integrate feedback to improve future events. 

 

Public Relations (5%): 

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders. 
  • Coordinate public relations activities to enhance the visibility and reputation of real estate projects. 


Budget Oversight (5%): 

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for individual projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation. 
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary. 


Competencies & Skills: 


  • Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, campaign performance, and strategic impact. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling marketing content and interacting with stakeholders. 
  • Proven experience in brand management, strategic planning, digital marketing, and event management. 
  • Strong analytical skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. 
  • Experience in managing branding and marketing initiatives in the real estate industry. 
  • Real Estate Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in the marketing domain for real estate is preferred. 


Education & Experience: 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification is a plus. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of marketing experience, with a preference for experience in the real estate sector.
