Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across multiple digital channels, including search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

Campaign Management:

  • Design and manage high-impact campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through continuous testing and performance analysis.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize advanced analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize results.
  • Track and report on budget expenditures and campaign ROI.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Communicate performance results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Market Research and Innovation:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the competitive landscape.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in performance marketing.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality service delivery and campaign execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Performance Marketing of Amazon.in , Amazon.com, brand website and other digital platforms
  • Certification in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
