Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Yes Property in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals. The Sales Manager will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and achieving targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of the real estate market and property buying/selling process
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
PS: Prior brokerage sales experience is a must for this role.
