Role - Key Account Manager

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Key Account Manager who can combine exceptional communication skills with strong analytical and project management capabilities. This role requires someone who can closely monitor daily execution, make data-driven decisions quickly, and build trusted relationships with key clients while ensuring flawless delivery.

Role Description

- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai/Jaipur. As a Key Account Manager, you will:

- Lead and manage relationships with strategic clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

- Oversee daily project execution with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.

- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

- Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges to maintain long-term Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

- Proven expertise in Account Management and Key Client Relations.

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills (English and Hindi required).

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- Experience in the solar energy or other energy sectors.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 2-10 years
