This role requires someone who can closely monitor daily execution, make data-driven decisions quickly, and build trusted relationships with key clients while ensuring flawless delivery.Role Description- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai/Jaipur. As a Key Account Manager, you will:- Lead and manage relationships with strategic clients, serving as their primary point of contact.- Oversee daily project execution with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.- Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges to maintain long-term Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.- Proven expertise in Account Management and Key Client Relations.- Exceptional communication and customer service skills (English and Hindi required).- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.- Experience in the solar energy or other energy sectors.- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.Experience: 2-10 years (ref:iimjobs.com)
