Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Brand & Influencer Associate to support our influencer and brand marketing initiatives. This is a mid-level execution role ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, hands-on experience in content coordination, and a solid understanding of influencer culture. You will assist the Brand Manager or SPOC in coordinating campaigns, supporting shoots, and managing logistics — ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer & Creator Coordination:

  • Assist in the identification, outreach, and onboarding of influencers and content creators. Coordinate communication, follow-ups, and content tracking.

Shoot & Production Support:

  • Actively support pre-production and on-site execution of brand shoots, reels, and content campaigns. Responsibilities may include styling assistance, prop management, location setup, and liaising with vendors.

Campaign Management Assistance:

  • Help track influencer deliverables, timelines, and posting schedules. Maintain content calendars and reporting sheets under the supervision of

Event Support:

  • Help plan and execute brand-led events, pop-ups, or influencer gatherings — handling vendor coordination, setup, and event-day assistance.

Content Organization:

  • Maintain organised records of influencer content, shoot footage, and usage rights for internal documentation and marketing use.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand coordination, content production, or campaign support
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of visual content, social trends, and branding
  • Hands-on experience assisting with ad shoots, reels, or events
  • Good organizational and logistical management skills
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment

  • Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • An existing network of creators/influencers
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, Trello, or basic content editing platforms
