Job description

A. Employee lifecycle:

  • Recruitment, joining and onboarding
  • Employee attendance
  • Reimbursements - reconciling the expense reports
  • Employee leaving - F&F, experience letter


B. Office affairs

  • Repairs, maintenance, upgrades, etc
  • Utility bills (water, electricity, internet)
  • Housekeeping
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Provide general support to visitor(s)
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies


C. Social media

  • Manage social media handles
  • Fluency in English


D. IT

  • Co-ordination with IT person
  • Repair and maintenance of devices (laptops, desktops, printers)
  • Coordination for local level services and renewals
  • End user support for hardware & software


Experience: 3-4 years


Expected Salary: INR 25k - 35k
