Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Mosaram Shivramdas Group in Lucknow. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, managing recruitment processes, facilitating employee training and development, handling performance evaluations, and ensuring HR compliance within the organization.


Qualifications

  • Recruitment, Training, and Performance Evaluation expertise
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in employee relations and talent management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
