Responsibilities·
Recruitment and Onboarding:o
Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.o
Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person in the teamo
Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are meto
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance·
Administrationo
Assist supervisors in performance management procedureso
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda and minutes of meetingo
Coordinate training sessions and seminarso
Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hireso
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity·
Other Dutieso
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedbacko
Carry external communication with partners and collaboratorso

Qualifications:·
A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field·
2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or similar position·
Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Management systems (HRMS)·
Ability to work with ATS software·
In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities·
Familiarity with social media recruiting·
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills·
Ability to handle data with confidentiality·
Good organizational and time management skills·
CIPD certification is an advantage
