Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in Corporate Tax Planning & Advisory for strategic issues and complex tax matters of India and Overseas companies
  • Assist in compilation of Tax audit details under Income Tax laws and the miscellaneous work and coordinating with Tax Auditor
  • Compiling the reports, documents, etc. required for timely and effective completion of Scrutiny Assessment/Appellate proceedings under Income Tax law
  • Monthly calculation of TDS dues and timely payment of the same to the Government Treasuries
  • Preparation & filing of quarterly TDS statements
  • Preparation & filing of GST returns GSTR -1 / GSTR 3B, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines and accordingly co-ordinate with the consultant
  • Preparation of details for filing form GSTR 9/9C and coordination with the consultant
  • To maintain organized records of Tax documentation and support the team in responding to tax inquiries
  • To maintain reconciliations of Tax related accounts and identifying discrepancies
  • Participate in ongoing efforts to improve and streamline tax related processes
  • To actively participate with team members to implement automation tools where applicable


Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance & Taxation (B.com/M.com)
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Indirect & Direct Tax
  • Having International tax compliance exposure will be an added advantage
