Description :Role and Responsibility :- Lead end-to-end product management and consulting for Openlink Endur within the Energy & Commodities domain.- Collaborate directly with clients to understand business challenges and design effective Endur-based solutions.- Define product vision, roadmap, and user stories, ensuring alignment with client objectives.- Partner with engineering, QA, and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions in agile environments.- Conduct workshops and requirement sessions independently to gather and clarify business needs.- Manage and influence multiple stakeholders across geographies and business functions.- Utilize strong analytical and presentation skills to support decision-making and strategic planning.- Mentor junior Product Managers or Analysts and promote best practices within the consulting team.- Contribute to new business proposals and pre-sales efforts leveraging domain expertise.- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvement and new initiatives within the Endur practice.Your Skills and Experience :- Demonstrated success managing digital solutions in the ETRM space from ideation to launch, including engineering and operational quality- Knowledge and expertise within the energy & commodities industry- Hands-on project experience implementing Endur ETRM package- Good understanding of end to end processes in physical commodity, trading or banking industry- Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders- Strong presentation and communication skills- 5+ years experience in delivering complex business or technology solutions, from solution design to end-to-end system implementation, in the ETRM space- Experience in (or a strong desire to learn) techniques and methodologies that maximize flow of value and are deeply rooted in Agile, Lean and continuous delivery principlesKey Requirements :Experience :- 8- 14 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Strategy preferably with Endur exposureIndustry Focus :- Energy & Commodities Trading and Risk Management (E/CTRM domain)Education :- MBA preferred, especially for strategy or energy managementTools Knowledge :- Must know Openlink Endur deeply; exposure to Allegro, Rightangle, EKA, etc. is a plusSkills :- Communication, stakeholder management, presentation, analytics, leadership, and problem-solvingTeam Style :- Work with cross-functional teams (product, tech, design, marketing, finance) in agile environments (ref:hirist.tech)
