Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. - Proven experience in employee relations, industrial relations, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and employment practices. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders. - High level of discretion and confidentiality.Why Join Us?- Zepto is on a blitzscaling path unlike any other startup today.
