What You Will Be Doing:

- Lead Growth of B2B Leasing Categories: Spearhead the growth and expansion of B2B leasing categories for electric two-wheelers within Oben Company’s portfolio.
- Vendor Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding of vendors for electric vehicles, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.
- Drive Positive Unit Economics: Implement strategies to ensure positive unit economics, focusing on profitability and sustainability in leasing operations.
- Manage Client Relationships and SLAs: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and addressing any concerns or requirements.
- Understand Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of client needs in the leasing sector and develop tailored plans that align with Oben's objectives and offerings.
- Communicate with Business Leadership: Collaborate with business leadership to evaluate requirements and proposals, aligning them with established roadmaps and business priorities.
- Work with Ground Ops Team: Coordinate with the ground operations team to ensure smooth deployment of leasing services and prompt resolution of operational issues.
- Review Commercials: Regularly review pricing structures and collaborate with clients to establish competitive rates aligned with market trends.
- Fleet Operation Management: Oversee fleet management processes to optimize performance and ensure high service standards.
- Analyze Data for Trends: Utilize data analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for improving efficiency and enhancing overall operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in category management or business development roles, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in B2B leasing within the two-wheeler automobile industry.
- Strong understanding of vendor onboarding processes and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Who We Are Looking For:
- B2B Leasing Experience: Demonstrated experience in category management or growth roles, preferably within a startup environment focused on electric vehicles.
- Location Preference: Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
