This individual contributor role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders, data-driven decision-making, and adherence to process excellence. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment Strategy & PlanningDesign and execute hiring strategies aligned with business growth objectives.Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce plans and critical hiring needs.Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for key and niche roles.2. End-to-End Hiring ManagementManage the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.Ensure timely and quality closures across levels and functions.Utilize multiple sourcing channels to attract and engage top talent.3. Stakeholder ManagementPartner with business and functional heads to align hiring outcomes with business needs.Share regular recruitment reports, dashboards, and insights.Manage relationships with external partners, consultants, and job portals.4. Talent Pipeline & Employer BrandingSupport employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attract high-quality candidates.Represent the organization at campus drives and industry forums.Nurture long-term candidate relationships and maintain active talent pools.5. Data, Analytics & ReportingMaintain accurate recruitment dashboards and MIS for leadership review.Track key hiring metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing effectiveness).Use insights to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.6. Process ExcellenceEnsure compliance with recruitment policies, documentation, and audit requirements.Standardize job descriptions, interview processes, and evaluation methods.Leverage modern recruitment tools (ATS, assessments, analytics) for efficiency and accuracy.7. Candidate ExperienceEnsure a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.Manage proactive communication to minimize offer declines and dropouts.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions.Strategic sourcing and networking capabilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Data-driven approach with strong analytical mindset.Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.High ownership, agility, and ability to work independently.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any disciplineExperience:8–10 years of proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably in the IT or technology services sector.Experience in managing niche and critical role hiring through diverse sourcing channels (portals, social media, referrals, networking)
