Role OverviewAs a Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent across functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidate experiences that reflect culture and values.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates.Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Conduct reference and background checks as needed.Facilitate offer negotiations and onboarding processes ensuring a smooth hire experience.Promote Praan as an employer of choice through engaging communications and employer branding initiatives.Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices to continually improve recruiting strategies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in startups or technology sectors.Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with a keen eye for talent.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.Familiarity with ATS tools and HR software.Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.Passion for Praan’s mission and culture fit.
