Responsibilities

  • Any graduate with good computer skills, communication and forward looking attitude. Msc, M.Pharma & M.B.A., would be an added advantage.
  • Should have 3-5 years of experience with neutraceiticals / Pharma/ Herbal extracts industries.
  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
  • Collaborate with R & D and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
  • Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitor.
  • Developing new vendors wherever / whenever required with the support factory / unit operations team.
  • Communicate with factories on the regularly for their requirements / ensure to meet their requirements.
  • Most importantly, you need to be passionate about your job role, enjoy your work and be considered one of the best within your organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and/or sales within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development, clinical trials, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex business problems
  • Proven track record of achieving business development targets and driving revenue growth
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of motivation and initiative
