Website - quid.money LinkedIn - Roles & Responsibilities: • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential partners to expand personal loan distribution. • Revenue Growth Ownership: Drive month-on-month revenue growth by designing and executing strategic partnership initiatives. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration and business alignment. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to design go-to-market strategies and optimize product offerings. • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyse partner performance data, market trends, and customer insights to recommend strategic initiatives. • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior partnership managers, ensuring team alignment and performance excellence. • Reporting & Insights: Prepare comprehensive performance reports, highlighting opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations. The role is not restricted or limited to the roles and responsibilities mentioned above. Key Requirements: • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within the fintech sector. • Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI). • Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, market trends, and customer data to drive strategic decisions. • Strong understanding of personal loans, lending ecosystems, and financial products. • Strong analytical and communication skills.
