Tech Lead (Backend Developer)

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategies for scaling backend infrastructure to handle high traffic and performance needs.

- Oversee deployment and production support for Node.js-based applications and microservices.

- Identify opportunities for technical improvements, process optimizations, and cost-saving measures.

- Ensure strong monitoring, logging, and alerting for applications in production.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature development and testing.

Qualifications :


- Bachelor's/Master's in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.

- Strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications using Node.js.

- Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and microservices.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, Web Sockets, Graph QL, and server-side frameworks like Express, Koa, or Fastify.

Preferred :


- Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven systems.

- Knowledge of security best practices in backend development (e.g., authentication, authorization, data encryption).

Experience : 3 to 6 yrs.
