They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Requirements

Roles and responsibilities:

● Build relationships with prospective clients within the staffing industry

● Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

● Manage sales pipeline

● Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages

● Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

● Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers

● Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers

● Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects

Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree 5+ years in business development/sales of IT services or Staffing

● Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success

● Strong negotiation skills

● Strong communication and presentation skills

● CRM experience is preferred
