Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to identify business opportunities. Effective communication and a committed attitude is key in this role to generate results and achieve targets.


Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience working in Residential Sales focused on Villas/Plots preferred
  • Willingness to travel around the city and tie-up with leading plotted developers
  • Lead Generation skills in the Real Estate Industry using organic and digital methods
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with ability to work independently and generate results
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen in the Residential Real Estate industry
  • Excellent team player with ability to work with other teams like the design, projects and other stake holders to achieve set targets
  • Experience in the construction or architecture industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
