Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Specialist at Pioneer Business Solutions. The role involves designing and implementing training programs, managing learning management systems, conducting instructional design, facilitating communication, and providing coaching to employees & clients. The Learning and Development Specialist will collaborate with different departments to identify training needs and develop strategies for continuous learning and professional growth.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience of over 2 to 5 years Experience in Learning and Development Specialist for end to end Process in Training Industry.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with prospects effectively and articulate the value of Pioneer Business solutions
  • Self-motivated and proactive: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage time efficiently. Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results.
  • Should have expert in sourcing & Interacting the clients.
  • Training & Development and Learning Management skills.
  • Experience in instructional design and curriculum development
  • Ability to provide coaching and feedback.
  • Knowledge of learning technologies and tools.
  • Experience in analyzing training needs and designing learning programs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field Mandatory.
