Sr. Service Sales Engineer

As a Sr. Service Sales Engineer, you will:

·        Generate leads via networking, referrals, and cold calling.

·        Secure new AMC contracts and ensure on-time renewals.

·        Build strong, long-term relationships with customers – both new and existing.

·        Provide consultative advice on AMC services and ensure high customer satisfaction.

·        Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·        Negotiate service contracts and agreements aligning with company goals.

Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad

Experience: 3-5 years in sales (preferably in a service-based industry)

Qualification: B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation

Key Responsibilities:

·        Identify and pursue AMC sales opportunities.

·        Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

·        Conduct presentations and prepare customized proposals.

·        Negotiate and close deals on mutually beneficial terms.

·        Analyze sales data, track performance, and sales order forecast with 90%+ accuracy.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

·        Collaborate closely with internal departments – operations, finance and procurement.

Skills Required:

·        Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

·        Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.

·        Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

·        Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.

·        Open to travel
