Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager - Business Development to drive client acquisition and relationship management. The role involves reaching out to CFOs and MDs of prospective clients to generate business opportunities for project financing. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience, preferably in banking, rating agencies, or financial services. If you are skilled in networking, sales outreach, and client relationship management, we invite you to be a part of our growing team.


Location: Connaught Place, Delhi


Experience:


  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Prior experience with banks, rating agencies, or financial institutions will be an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and engage with CFOs and MDs of prospective clients through LinkedIn, emails, and calls to schedule meetings for project financing discussions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued engagement and business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized financial solutions for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to expand the business network.


Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory.


Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and email marketing.
  • Ability to engage and negotiate with senior executives.
  • Analytical mindset with a good understanding of financial products.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
