Job Title: Junior IT RecruiterLocation: [Remote]Experience: 1 months to 1 yearEmployment Type: InternshipAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various IT domains. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding job requirements to offer negotiation and onboarding.Source candidates using multiple channels, including job portals, , social media, referrals, and internal databases.Screen and evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment reports in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers to ensure long-term engagement.Stay updated with current IT market trends, technologies, and hiring practices.Ready to learn and upgrade themselves with new strategiesRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.1 month - 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).Strong understanding of technical roles and skills (e.g., .NET, Java, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).Experience using job boards ( Indeed, Recruiter, etc.) and social recruiting tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple positions simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsExperience hiring for niche or senior-level IT roles.Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Zoho Recruit, Workable, or Lever.Certification in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Dynamic, fast-paced work environment.Opportunities for career growth and skill development.Collaborative team culture that values innovation and initiative.
