We draw on some of the sharpest minds from distinguished institutions and diverse professional backgrounds to help us achieve our goal of building electoral strategies that spark conversations, effect change, and help shape electoral and legislative ecosystems in our country.🚀 Your Mission: Build the Engine that Powers Talent AcquisitionWe are seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment efforts, dedicating approximately 70% of their time to sourcing and hiring for both IT and non-IT positions. The remaining 30% of the role will involve contributing to core HR operations to promote organizational growth and efficiency.Your mission will be to identify, attract, and onboard top talent for both technical and non-technical functions, while ensuring smooth HR processes, effective coordination, and policy compliance. You won’t just fill positions — you’ll help strengthen the people systems that keep our teams aligned, efficient, and thriving.🎯 Your Core Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Manage the complete hiring cycle across IT and non-IT roles — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation, ensuring compensation alignment with internal benchmarks, and completing onboarding formalities.Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively source candidates through platforms like Recruiter, IIMJobs, and other job portals; build and maintain a database of pre-vetted profiles to enable faster closures.Campus Hiring Initiatives: Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment drives to build a strong entry-level talent pool in collaboration with relevant hiring teams.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define requirements, evaluate candidates, and coordinate assessments and interview processes.Process Optimization: Track recruitment metrics, maintain dashboards, and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality.Onboarding & Employee Integration: Drive a smooth onboarding process, ensuring new hires are successfully integrated and equipped for success within the organization.Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Foster a positive work environment through open communication, employee engagement, and timely resolution of concerns or grievances.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal HR and business teams to ensure seamless execution of people processes and adherence to organizational policies.HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards on recruitment status, candidate pipeline, onboarding progress, and key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.🧩What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience): Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably within IT, analytics, or consulting domains.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, HR policies, and employee lifecycle management.Hands-on experience with ATS tools, job portals, and HRIS systems.Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analytics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.💡 Good to Have: Experience in bulk and niche hiring, campus recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives.Knowledge of HR analytics, Boolean search, and process automation tools.Basic understanding of India’s political and digital landscape.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.🌍 Role Expectations:Minimum Experience of 3+ years is required.The work profile will comprise approximately 70% recruitment responsibilities and 30% operational tasks.Strong ownership of technical & non-technical hiring deliverables and reporting.Data-driven approach to recruitment and candidate tracking.Willingness to travel as per project requirements.📬How to ApplyIf you’re a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys connecting exceptional tech talent with purpose-driven work, and wants to make an impact at the intersection of data, tech, and politics, send your CV to openings@varaheanalytics.com with the subject line: Application for HR Recruiter - HR Department
