Sales Executive ACLPL

Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through market research and cold calling strategies.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales potential.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of freight forwarding services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop tailored logistics solutions for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and outcomes.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration Sales or related field.
- 45 years of B2B sales experience in the transport or logistics sector specifically freight forwarding.
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales deals.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence decisionmakers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and analyze competitive landscape.
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach.
- Experience with cold calling and direct shipper market engagement is preferred.
