Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure alignment of program initiatives with strategic goals.- Establish an integrated program view to coordinate and execute all initiatives effectively.- Implement and enforce standardized methodologies for program governance, alignment, assurance, integration, and financial control.- Ensure consistent application of best practices across all programs and initiatives.- Lead the estimation, planning, organization, and monitoring of cross-functional team activities.- Maintain overall control of program schedules, risk management, and delivery commitments.- Oversee accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial management for each project within the program.- Ensure that financial resources are allocated efficiently and that projects stay within budget.- Supervise and evaluate the performance of program managers.- Provide guidance and support to ensure program managers meet their objectives and adhere to program standards.- Ensure accurate and consolidated reporting of project and program status to Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.- 6-12 years of experience in program and project management, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-faceted projects.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, financial management, and cross-functional team dynamics.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.- Proficiency in project management software and tools (ref:iimjobs.com)
