Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Core Machine Learning Engineer to join our product development R&D team. This position is ideal for individuals eager to apply machine learning techniques to tackle real-world challenges. As a team member, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative machine learning models and algorithms.


Responsibilities:

· Implement and maintain machine learning models, algorithms, and software components.

· LLM model tuning and training.

· Collaborate with data engineers and domain experts to understand data requirements.

· Perform data analysis and preprocessing to ensure data quality and model reliability.

· Experiment with different machine learning techniques and algorithms to find optimal solutions.

· Develop and optimize model training pipelines.

· Evaluate and benchmark model performance.

· Write production-level code and contribute to software design and architecture discussions.

· Stay current with state-of-the-art machine learning techniques and frameworks.


Skills and Qualifications:

· In-depth knowledge of NLP and machine learning, with a strong mathematical aptitude.

· Comprehensive understanding of machine learning models, algorithms, and concepts.

· Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or C++.

· Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

· Strong mathematical background, including linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.

· Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

· Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.

· A solid mathematical background is essential.

· Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.

· Understanding of big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks like Hadoop and Spark.


Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
