Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI/ML Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with hands-on experience in implementing these technologies to solve real-world problems. In this role, you will work transversely across the company, embedding AI-driven solutions into various facets of our business, including operations, customer experience, and product development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy AI models to optimize real estate operations, enhance customer interactions, and innovate product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration across the business.
  • Build and maintain scalable AI solutions using Python and other relevant technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize AI models to improve performance and reliability.


Qualifications:

  • Strong foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts, including but not limited to logistic regression, convolutional neural networks, autoencoders, transformers, computer vision, and large language models.
  • Proficiency in Python with an added focus on machine learning libraries (TensorFlow or PyTorch) and extensive hands-on experience in Python development for enterprise applications.
  • Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for leveraging AI to drive business innovation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
