Lead Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate AI/ML Lead with 4-6 years of experience to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. As an AI/ML Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of AI/ML engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in our AI/ML initiatives. You will play a critical role in developing models, deploying AI solutions, and ensuring the scalability and performance of our AI systems.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

- Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.

- Work with large datasets to analyse, pre-process, and transform data for model training and evaluation.

- Deploy models into production environments, ensuring robust integration with existing systems.

- Implement continuous monitoring and maintenance strategies to ensure the long-term success of AI/ML models.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, data engineering, and software development, to define project requirements and deliverables.

- Conduct research to explore new AI/ML techniques and methodologies.

- Prototype innovative solutions and evaluate their feasibility for business applications.

- Contribute to the development of AI/ML best practices and share knowledge across the organization.

- Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers to deliver high-quality AI/ML solutions.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies..

Qualification and Skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4+ years of practical experience in AI/ML development, with proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn

- Proven experience in leading AI/ML projects from concept to deployment.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI/ML services.

Location : Trivandrum (must be willing to travel to other regions and offices as needed)
