Position Overview: 

As the Assistant Store Manager at our construction site store, you will support in overseeing store operations, inventory management, and customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring the store runs efficiently and meets the needs of our construction teams and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts, and placing orders for supplies and materials.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions, shipments, and inventory changes, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the store adheres to safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.
  • Reporting: Preparing regular reports on inventory, and material issued during the month.


Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma; a degree in business management or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in store management, preferably in a construction-related environment.
  • Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer applications.


Salary Package:

  • 2,40,000.00 (Per Annum ) / 20,000.00 Monthly
