Who we are and what do we do:
NPST is a fintech company bridging banking and fintech with its technology and payment solutions for the BFSI industry.
As a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and Third-Party Aggregator Provider (TPAP), we serve banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers.
Listed on the NSE Emerge platform in August 2021 with a market cap of - 2000 Cr (as of Mar 24), NPST is an NPCI-approved Merchant Payment Service Provider, acquiring merchants and facilitating payments.
We have a strong client base, including 10 banks and 30+ PAPG and merchants.
TimePay, a subsidiary of NPST, is an TimePay is NPCI approved TPAP (Third Party Application Provider) operating UPI payments with a vision of being one of the top five payment applications in India.
Our mission is to acquire users across all the demography and empower every Indian with innovative, user-friendly digital payment solutions and banking services.
Payment ecosystem being disruptive, we still have several challenging cases which needs innovation at core to build future of Payments.

- The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technical development by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and documenting specifications.
- They will communicate these effectively to the development team, ensuring the final product aligns with business objectives.- The role also involves supporting development, testing, and deployment tasks to ensure successful implementation of features that meet organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with departments, evaluate gaps and analyze the business process requirement which can be driven through automation.
- Documenting Business requirement: Documenting business requirements involves capturing, structuring, and detailing the needs, goals, and constraints of a business to ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives.
- This documentation serves as a blueprint for stakeholders, developers, and project teams to understand what needs to be built and how it should function.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate clear communication between business teams and technical teams.
- Act as a liaison between business users and software developers.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs and obtain stakeholder approvals.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and project deliverables.
- Product & Market Research: keep and close eye on competitive upgrades ensuring our executions stand out and are ahead of time.
- Analyze competitors, market needs, and emerging functionality.
- Gather insights from user feedback, surveys, and industry reports.
- Suggest product enhancements and new features.
- Agile & Scrum Participation: Ensure effective participation in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Write user stories and maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
- Collaborate with developers and testers in sprints.
- Conduct sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Testing & Quality Assurance Support: Assist in validating that the software meets business requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Define test cases based on business scenarios.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed and up-to-date project documentation.
- Document change requests, impact analysis, and meeting notes.
- Maintain traceability matrices for tracking requirement are we looking for:
- Proficiency in analyzing data to derive business-relevant conclusions, utilizing data visualization techniques and tools.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, including the ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.- Sound knowledge of generating process documentation.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and the implementation of new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to work both as a team player and an individual contributor, fostering collaboration and innovation.

- Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science.
Total Experience: 3 to 6 years,.
Industry: IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech /Payment App.
Work arrangement - 5 days working from office.
Location - Mumbai.
