Duties & Responsibilities
Locate new customers, assess the potential for wear protection coating and collect all the necessary information in line with the customer information card. Extend prompt after sales service to the developed Customers on a regular basis to customer’s satisfaction. Develop new applications for wear resistant coatings. Attend enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and finalize the orders at the customers end. Keep track of all activities and new developments at the Customer’s end. Update CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) Keep follow-up of new and amended work orders, payments against balance receivables. Conduct trials for new cutting tool and re-conditioning cutting tools and demonstrate the benefits of wear protection coatings and services. Generate trial reports and minutes of meetings. Prepare cost benefit analysis and Negotiation related data Co - ordinate seminars as per the requirement of assigned areas or specific customers. Arrange the pre-requisites of a seminar like venue, facilities available with the customers, participant’s etc. Field engineer chalks out his plans to meet the targets budgeted to him. Maintain all the required files and documents. Co-ordinate with Manager Marketing for the implementation of Key Customer Management System (K.C.M.).Required education, experience, knowledge
Diploma in Engineering / Degree in Engineering (Mech /Production). 5-8 Years in Sales cutting tools with knowledge of Gear cutting tool and Shank solid carbide type tools. Effective communication, analytical and negotiation, planning skills and computer proficiency. Technical knowhow related to Sheet metal, Diecasting, Plastic molding Dies. Knowledge about design, manufacturing processes, metallurgy, Sampling, application, parameters, geometries and knowhow related to sampling and troubleshooting preferred.Location - Jamshedpur
